SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERIES 

All UK Orders are posted via the Royal mail. We have two main shipping days which
are a Tuesday & Thursday.

All 2nd Class Parcels Shipped via royal mail usually take 3-5 Days
All 1st Class Parcels Shipped via royal mail usually take 1-2 Days

Our Turnaround Time is 1-3 Working Days.

What is a turnaround time? 
This means it can take up to 3 days ( Not Including weekends) for us to get your order ready to ship. Once packed and shipped via the royal mail it will then take 3-5 days for you to receive your order for standard shipping, or 1-2 Days for royal mail first class shipping.
We will always endvour to have your order posted within 1-2 days, but within busy time peirods such as christmas it can take longer. 



NOT GOING TO BE HOME?

 If you are not in, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to your immediate neighbor. Failing this, the package will be delivered to your local Royal Mail delivery office or Post Office (whichever is nearer) for you to collect. It will remain here for 14 days. A card will be delivered detailing what you should do to retrieve your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Deliveries to Europe are made via Royal Mail Standard AirMail,Unfortunately, this is not a tracked service so no tracking numbers will be issued. Delivery times can vary from 3-11 Days

Deliveries outside of Europe are made via Royal Mail Standard AirMail. This service takes 7 - 21 working days to reach its destination (depending on location). Unfortunately, this is not a tracked service so no tracking numbers will be issued.

BE AWARE

 all postal times are guidelines and services may take longer due to holidays or sales. With the annual global increase of sales online, you should expect delays during the festive period. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage that was wrongly selected. Please note that we can not amend your details once the order has been dispatched and we cannot refund orders with incorrect addresses after dispatch unless they are returned to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if you simply do not like the smell of an item. Although we try our best to describe scents as well as we can all noses are different and will take on smells differently to others. We will however exchange an item if you are willing to send back the un used product. For something you think you might prefer.
If your parcel hasn't arrived ​Get in touch with us. Please remember that we cannot offer tracking numbers unless you request that service. we cannot adjust addresses given to us after dispatch and we do not accept loss or damage of your parcel. We offer as much guidance as is required in order to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
